It's all subjective
Some have said that this middle show of the three night stand is the weakest, and that the last night in particular is the best, but what does that mean? I am a staunch and admittedly biased defender of this show because it was the one of the three that I attended. And all I really remember after all of these years is that I had a great (if fuzzy hazy hozy woozy) time.
This is a great AUD as AUDs go. It's got the you-are-there sound of the Winterland space and halfway decent frequency response (including some bottom). And this is probably my favorite Sugaree, although I certainly don't even remember it (or, having been fairly blown out, much else) from the actual show. Probably one of the best NFA/GDTRFBs, too.
In any event, this show certainly has more than its moments, as all of the spring '77 tour shows no doubt did. (Can anyone pick out a show from the tour and say "Whew. Now that was really an off night"?) It's not a better show than the 9th or the 7th, but I wouldn't call it a lesser show either.

The thrill is gone.
This show is a real let down compared to the night before. It's not even in the same ballpark.
Don't believe the hype.

very nice
first of thank you thank you to whoever recorded this show. the sound is fantastic for an aud from 77. most of the dead auds contain alot of crowd noise but this recording only has crowd noise when its needed... very nice. great set list, only complaint i guess would be that donna jean is singing with them... not a big fan

It Was Great -- Ev'ry Note
I was an attendee standing not too far from these tapers.
In performance, there was no letdown from night to night. This recording reveals all.
7 of 5 stars.

My Favorite Set of the Grateful Dead!
Everyone has their favorite show or set of the Grateful Dead for their own inexplicable, irrational reasons. For whatever reasons, the second set of this show is my favorite set ever. The recording here is a decent audience recording. While there is some unwanted noise, you can at the same time hear the excitement of the show.
Lasting at 1 Hr 13 Mins (including encore), this is quite a long set. I pretty much like the whole set, but find the energy and excitement during GDTRFB to be the highlight for me. It also has my favorite version of The Other One. It's also nice to have Brokedown Palace as a rarely played encore. I don't expect anyone to agree with me that this is the greatest set ever--but still, I still maintain this is a hidden gem at the very least. Well worth downloading.

Great Run!
A fine cap to the superlative spring tour of 1977. Always find myself coming back to these shows every spring/summer. Great to hear on this 30th anniversary.

This is a Gem!!
Beautiful. The music is beautifully played and, Donna's harmonies w/ the Boys is among the best I've heard. Though I've only played it on my computer speakers, the sound quality sounds very good. Also, check the little guitar "twist" toward the beginning of Estimated. Well worth the download.

My baby
I had this AUD tape when I was a pup, and while it's a AUD in a sea of betty boards, it's not bad sounding and great to hear the crowd response, particularly on NFA, GDTRFB and JBG, and there's even a little low end on it.
I don't know if that GDTRFB is rated, but damn it is so frickin hot! I love the mid/late 70s versions of this song.
